Hastings Economic Development Coordinator Eric Maas reported to the City Council on Monday night regarding questions raised at the last meeting regarding a City Code amendment proposed for so-called parklets for use by local eating and drinking establishments. Maas indicated the two main questions were resolved.
A resolution to pass the amendments passed by majority vote, with Council member Jen Fox abstaining.
