At a regular meeting of the Prescott Plan Commission on Monday, March 1st, Maelei Catt of Prescott Roadhouse presented a concept plan for proposed addition and remodel of their existing building and addition of outdoor covered and open dining. According to the meeting minutes, the Roadhouse has purchased the vacant lot next door to the existing building in order to accommodate the expansion. The Commission reviewed parking issues, and a proposed deck with a required barrier. The Roadhouse currently has seating for 38 and with the addition and deck it could be up to 150 for seating. Mayor Hovel stated they will need to look at the number of bathrooms which would be needed. The consensus of the Commission was to approve the concept plan.
