The City of Prescott has announced that City Administrator Jayne Brand has decided to step down from her position as Administrator. KDWA spoke with Brand, and she provided her reasons for the move.
She also said that moving to the City Clerk position would be helpful to the new Administrator.
The City hopes to have the process of hiring a new Administrator completed by the end of May.
