Another Dakota County athlete has qualified for international competition in Tokyo this summer. According to Commissioner Joe Atkins, Josh Cinnamo, who holds a world record in shot-putting, has qualified to compete in the Paralympics. Cinnamo has also set records in discus and javelin throwing, and while attending Luther College, set records for kicking on the football team.
