Many people are commenting via social media regarding the roadblock that has been placed preventing access to Three Rivers Park as a detour for the Highway 316 Project. HPD Chief Bryan Schafer reiterated that Three Rivers Park is private property.
As moving the barriers is illegal, HPD is stepping up enforcement efforts in the area.
The City also states that concerns about the project should be directed to MnDOT, as they have the lead on the project.
