Rivertown Days is fast approaching, and Kristy Barse, the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau President, took to the KDWA airwaves to provide more information on the return of this Hastings tradition. She started by reminding listeners that the event does not use any tax funding.
She also indicated that planning the event in light of the COVID pandemic provided its own challenges.
