At a regular meeting on Monday evening the Prescott City Council approved a concept plan to include sale of City Property, submitted by Two Rivers Lodge Bar and Grill for the construction of a patio seating area for the bar and grill. Two Rivers owners will next submit further plans for approval, including a Site Plan, and detailed architectural plans. The Council also approved final plats for the Palmetto Phase 2 and the Great Rivers 2nd Addition.
