Construction has reached its final stage along 15th Street between Pleasant Drive and Pine Street as part of the City of Hastings annual Street Reconstruction Program. Utility construction was completed last week and street base construction will be wrapping up between Pleasant Drive and Hillside Street sometime this week. The project is expected to be fully completed as early as the week of October 4th with final paving, sidewalk installation, and restoration work.
