The City of Hastings has been named a winner in the Planning, Land Use and Public Works Category at a recent Leaders in Local Government Awards ceremony hosted by the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce. Council Member Jen Fox attended the ceremony with Mayor Mary Fasbender.
