Hastings Family Service and City dignitaries held a dedication ceremony for the mural that was recently completed on the wall of HFS by artist Daniela Bianchini on Thursday evening. Chris Koop, executive Director commented on the finished product.
Artist Daniela Bianchini expressed a sense of accomplishment.
And Mayor Mary Fasbender hopes artistic efforts will continue in Hastings.
