The new mural on the river side of the Hastings Family Service Building has been completed, and the City of Hastings, artist Daniela Bianchini, the Public Arts Grant Task Force, and Hastings Family Service have scheduled a public dedication for Thursday evening. Hastings Communications Coordinator Dawn Skelly commented on the work.
The dedication ceremony has been set for 6 PM.
