The Hastings City Council held a public hearing and deliberated the creation of a Mixed Use High Residential Zone in downtown Hastings. Community Development Director John Hinzman introduced the initiative.
He also described the difference for the new designation.
No comments were heard from the public during the hearing, and the City Council will be able to review specific architectural standards at a future meeting when specific plans are presented.
