As the case against Timothy Otto conitues preparation with the Dakota County Attorney’s office, Hastings Deputy Chief of Police David Wilske commented on the groundwork completed by the Hastings Police Department after the body of Kyle Hamilton was found in a burned dumpster in Jaycee Park earlier this year.
Otto’s next court hearing is January 6.
