The Perkins Restaurant in Hastings continues to encounter supply-chain issues for obtaining the materials needed to restore the building after the fire earlier this fall. Manager Becca Caneff says that rumors about the Perkins permanently closing are not true.
While working at the Apple Valley location, Becca encounters a number of the Hastings regulars.
