Rise Up Recovery MN, in their new office at 507 Vermillion Street, is putting final touches on the space they will use as a place for advocacy and assistance for those in recovery from addictions. Tiffany Neuharth, who, with her husband Chad, oversees the operation, provides an update on the progress.
