Last week Minnesota State Senator Karla Bigham introduced SF 3173, which would require schools to provide education on substance misuse and prevention.
Bigham thanked Bridgette Norring for her advocacy on this issue, United Way of Hastings for their support, and Rep. Tony Jurgens for authoring the House companion to this legislation.
