As the 2022 Session of the Minnesota Legislature kicks off, it has been reported that the Hastings Civic Arena has been included in the Governor’s 2022 Bonding Request. State Representative Tony Jurgens commented on the process.
Jurgens also stated that the project could be cash-funded, instead of using bonding.
