Hastings City Hall hosted a special guest on Friday morning to help kick off the start of an Ice Sculpture Exploration event that runs February 18-21. Eagle ambassador Maxine was on the scene alongside the 100-inch tall by 40-inch wide ice sculpture depicting an eagle landing in its nest. Thanks to the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau this year is the first time Hastings is on the map for this state-wide scavenger hunt.
