The Prescott City Council meeting of Monday, April 11th was the last meeting for outgoing Mayor David Hovel. At the conclusion of the meeting, Mayor-elect Rob Daugherty took the opportunity to recognize Mayor Hovel by reading a Proclamation expressing appreciation of Mayor Hovel’s years of service as Mayor.
Mayor Hovel was first elected in 2014.
