Hastings native Rachel Latuff Betterly was crowned Mrs. Minnesota America on Sunday at the annual Mrs. Minnesota America competition in Eagan at the Eagan Community Center. Rachel was also Miss Minnesota 2015 and will compete in Las Vegas this August for the Mrs. America title. Rachel is an art teacher at North Woods School in Cook, located in the Arrowhead of Minnesota. She is married to Brad Betterly and they have two sons, Ryland and Nash.
