Even though Rivertown Days in Hastings is the big event for this weekend coming up, preparations are well underway across the Mississippi and St. Croix Rivers for Prescott Daze, coming up in early September. Prescott Area Chamber of Commerce Coordinator Casey Johnson recently commented on the parade.
She also talked about selecting a Grand Marshal for the parade.
