Work is underway at Laney Field in Prescott, as the old latex track surface is being torn out as of Tuesday, and by next week, the new rubberized track will start to be assembled, and should be completed by the first football game of the Fall season. Prescott Track Coach Carl Calabrese joined KDWA Sports with more information on the track construction, that will also be a ton safer, and maybe even faster, come next Spring.
