The Hastings City Council meeting held a wide ranging meeting on Tuesday night, pushed back one day due to the Labor Day holiday.
As part of the meeting, City Public Works Director Ryan Stempski held a briefing on the water treatment plant feasibility study, and possible locaitons for the other two water treatment plants outside of residential areas
Additionally, the council held votes on several topics including the discussion of special vehicle permits on city streets
