Gobble Gait Sets Another Record

Hastings Family Service, Gobble Gait, and others, are thrilled to announced that they set a record for Gobble Gait this year, raising $131,000 for HFS programs through the run/walk. Since the race started in 1998, more than $2 million has been raised.

In a Facebook post, Hastings Family Service said: “Thank you to Gobble Gait for raising another RECORD AMOUNT to help neighbors! Through the generosity of community, $131,000 was donated from the 27th annual 8K/2K run/walk to support HFS programs. Thank you to Gobble Gait founders/organizers/sponsors Jay Kochendorfer, Mary Fasbender, and Brian Radke, for your dedicated work in surpassing $2 million in support since the race began in 1998. Drum roll please . . . we’re thrilled to announce that since the race started $2,071,300 has been raised to support basic needs in our community!
