The Northbound lanes of Vermillion Street between 8th and 10th were down to one lane for about an hour Wednesday due to police activity. KDWA drove by the scene and noticed a large presence of squads were in the Schoolhouse Square area to what we understand involved a traffic stop of a stolen vehicle and possible pursuit.
