The Hastings City Council has approved the commencement of the final design work for Riverfront Renaissance Phase 3. Hastings City Engineer Nick Egger outlines what the phase 3 design plan will entail.
Egger went on to recommend using the same contractor for phase 3.
The final design plan and budget for Riverfront Renaissance Phase 3 will need to be approved by the council at a later date.
