Chief Mike Schutt announced that with very little activity, the Red Cross Resource Center was closed. The Red Cross announced late on Thursday, that tenants from the building will have opportunity to meet with their resource providers from 4:00-8:00pm Friday, in the lower lobby, to receive information on replacement of items lost in the fire. Upon speaking with tenants on Thursday evening who have now been allowed to return to their apartments, they told us a new fire alarm system has been installed in the building and that major damage in 2 apartments will require rehabilitating before anyone can move back into those units.
