A new affordable housing option for seniors is taking shape in Inver Grove Heights.
Crestview Pointe is currently
under construction and will become the newest addition to the Dakota County Community Development Agency’s Senior Housing Program.
The development will feature 57 one- and two-bedroom apartments for adults age 62 and better. To qualify, at least one household member must be 62, while additional household members must be at least 55 years old.

Open houses are scheduled for June 17, July 15, and August 19 from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Staff will be available to answer questions, assist with applications, and help current applicants update their information.
The Dakota County CDA operates 28 senior housing communities throughout the county, offering amenities such as community rooms, screened porches, and underground parking. More information is available at the Dakota County CDA website.
