From a Dakota County news release: Dakota County is seeking nominations for the annual Public
Health Achievement Awards. This award recognizes Dakota County residents who devote their time, energy, and talents to improve health in their community. The nominees will be honored before the Dakota County Board of Commissioners on April 7, as part of National Public Health Week.
There are three categories for health leader recognition—youth, individual, and community group. For a nomination form and additional information, visit www.dakotacounty.us. All nominations must be submitted by Friday, March 13.
