In a media release from the Office of the Dakota County Attorney:
Dakota County Attorney Kathy Keena announced, that a Dakota County grand jury indicted Demarco Marquie Jones, 30 of Farmington, on one count of first-degree premeditated murder, one count of first-degree murder while committing domestic abuse with a past pattern of domestic abuse, and one count of second-degree intentional murder in connection with the death of 26-year-old Tatianna Marie Ehnes-Giles.
Jones was initially charged with one count of second-degree intentional murder on Dec. 29, 2025.
Jones remains in custody at the Dakota County Jail.
