The Hastings Creamery is under demolition. One side of the creamery building is experiencing a delay in demolition
due to a power pole. Attorney Aaron Dean, legal counsel for Peter Mursu, the proprietor of the creamery property, says, “Xcel confirmed the power pole will be removed on April 22, 2026, assuming that the weather cooperates.”
