Last Friday, May 29, Hastings High School seniors took part in the annual Raider Walk, a tradition that
symbolizes their achievement as graduating seniors. Parents, guardians, family members, students, teachers, and staff lined the lower commons area to cheer on the Hastings Class of 2026 as they exited the school. It was a meaningful way to close out the seniors’ final day of school.
And speaking of the final day of school, today is Thursday, June 4, marking the last day of classes for the remaining ISD 200 students. It also signals the unofficial start of summer and graduation party season.
The Hastings High School Commencement Ceremony is set for Friday, June 5, at 7:00 p.m. at Todd
Field. From all of us at KDWA, congratulations to the Class of 2026 on this outstanding accomplishment. Job well done.
