KDWA has a bi-weekly phone conversation with Deputy Police Chief Bryan Schowalter. We discuss public safety
reminders, what’s happening at the department, and what’s going on in the community.
In this call we discuss the ETI Conference and Expo, the local celebrity black bear, and safety tips when pulling a trailer or camper.
Last week, Deputy Police Chief Schowalter and Chief Kyle Linscheid attended the Executive Training Institute Conference and Expo in St. Cloud. Deputy Chief Schowalter shares about what stood out this year at the ETI conference.
