The Hastings City Council will hold several public hearings on October 6, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
1. Consider certain changes to Chapter 91, which is about Regulating Animals.
2. Consider certain changes to Chapter 130, pertaining to Curfew for Minors.
3. Declaring Excess Property of a .29 acre piece of land located directly south of the Walgreens parking lot near the southeast corner of Vermillion Street and Highway 55.
4. Rezoning for Kwik Trip on 1630 Vermillion Street from Residential-Class 2 to Commercial-Class 3.
