Chest bumps, high fives, and slaps on the back could be heard from Hastings, as an hour south, the #11-Ranked Hastings Raiders Baseball Team qualified for the Section 1AAA Final Four, next Saturday, as the Raiders fell to #7 Owatonna 9-6, but then beat #3 Red Wing AGAIN, this time, 9-5, behind a strong pitching performance from Curt Caneff, and another complete team effort at the plate. Hastings (7-16 Overall) will now play in the Final Four, this Saturday at 11:00am, in Red Wing against the Winner of Austin and Rochester Century (Austin and Century were postponed in Dundas, Monday, and will finish game Tuesday).
