The inaugural year of programming is now completed at the Hastings Levee Park Rotary Pavilion . Paige Marschall Bigler, Recreation Programming Specialist for the City of Hastings presented an overview of the first four months of programming during a recap at the Hastings City Council meeting on October 17th ,for the newest City amenity.
The City of Hastings designated $15,000 towards programming at the pavilion, and the inaugural year fit within the allocated funds.
