The body found in rural Dakota County on Saturday, April 5th, has been identified by the Hennepin County Medical Examiners Office as Carrie Elaine Olson, a 29-year old female from Davenport, Iowa. Carrie was last seen alive on December 28, 2013, at a 7-Eleven Gas Station located at 1636 38th Street in Rock Island, Illinois. Dakota County Chief Deputy Tim Leslie has more.
