Cranky Ape has been approved as an alternative online auction site for the city’s surplus property. The Hastings City Council gave the go-ahead for use of the Woodbury based online auction service to sell property which still has value but is no longer of use to the city. The City Council will continue to deem property excess and approval of its sale.
