A man was found dead in his car on Tuesday, December 9th. 26-year-old Tylor David Johnson of Hastings was parked outside a Holiday gas station in Cottage Grove where he appeared to just be taking a nap in his car. Captain Pete Koerner of the Cottage Grove Police Department tells us more.
