The Prescott High School Basketball Team accomplished something on Saturday, that no other Cardinal Boys Basketball Team has done, and that is move on to the State Tournament! The Cardinals (25-1) defeated West Salem (15-11) 59-39, at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, in the Division 3 Sectional Championship. Prescott will now prepare for the State Tournament, which begins Friday, at 9:30am, LIVE on KDWA, from the Kohl Center, in Madison! Tom and Julie Grabow will have all of the State Tourney play-by-play here on KDWA! KDWA’s Nick Tuckner will also have an interview with Head Coach Nick Johnson on Monday!
