Breaking news from the KDWA newsroom, we have learned that local artist and business owner Mecca Manz has completed the purchase of the current Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce building located at 111 East 3rd Street. The new project had been proposed for another downtown location, but as Manz explains, the focus shifted due to several factors.
The new BreakAway Cafe has a unique mission, Manz continues with a description of the plans currently underway.
