The City of Hastings has awarded the contract for its 2015 Seal Coat Program to Allied Blacktop Company of Maple Grove, MN. Allied submitted a bid that was 10.8% lower than the construction cost estimate and contributed in being $16,000 less than the collective $210,000 pavement management budget. Hastings Public Works Director Nick Egger goes over the program.
