Last week’s conviction of Final Exit Network Inc. in the 2007 assisted suicide death of Doreen Dunn of Apple Valley has re-focused attention on the right-to-die issue. Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom talked about holding Final Exit accountable.
Backstrom hopes Final Exit will be kept from acting in the state of Minnesota and will consider reviewing its practices.
Backstrom also talked about the only penalty that can be brought against Final Exit.
