The Minnesota Department of Transportation will begin microsurfacing on Highway 55 on Thursday, June 25th. Hastings Public works Director Nick Egger goes over the project.
MNDOT plans on being finished with their work within the City by Independence Day. Because of the tight timeframe, all work will be done with lane closures while they are in the 4-lane area of the City, likely resulting in traffic congestion.
