Riverfront Renaissance Phase Two Update

Last week, rain and a few private utility work items stalled progress on a few site features. The concrete contractor was able to pour about half of the new pavement in the Sibley-Ramsey alley, sidewalk segments on Sibley Street, and near the American Legion and additional curb and gutter components for the parking area. Xcel Energy worked on reconstructing an underground electrical vault beneath Sibley Street by the Onion Grille.
