New Hastings Police Officers and Police Reservists were sworn in at Monday night’s City Council meeting. Hastings Police Chief Bryan Schafer first introduced the city’s newest reserve officers.
Chief Schafer next introduced the new regular police officers and talked about his expectations for them.
