The Hastings City Council considered a resolution for a variance to the property at 1516 Eddy St. so the owner can construct a solar panel array. Hastings Community Development Director John Hinzman presented the resolution to the council.
The resolution passed by a 6 to 1 vote with council member Balsanek voting against it.
