The Hastings Public Works Department’s 2015 Mill & Overlay Program is currently out for bids. They will take receipt and open bids on September 10th, hoping to have the work underway in late September and finish it by the end of October. Pine Street between 15th and County Road 46 is the target this year, and they will work to get as much of that stretch addressed as the $250,000 budget parameters will allow.
