Congratulations to Elaine Manovich who has recently been named as one of the top women working in the grocery industry. Manovich, who is store director of Cub Foods in Cottage Grove, is originally from Miesville. She was a Hastings graduate and has spent almost 35 years associated with Cub Foods in a variety of positions throughout several metro stores. As the industry meets for it’s annual corporate function, a total of 300 women from across the nation will gather in Orlando, Florida in mid November to accept recognition from the company. Manovich credits her staff and her customers for making her career possible and also thanked her family for their support as she continues to lead and build on her solid team track record.
