The Hastings Raiders Girls Swimming and Diving Team won their second straight Metro East Conference Championship, late last week, and Head Coach Katie McAlpin joined KDWA Sports on Tuesday to look back at the win over Mahtomedi, and to preview both Junior Varsity Conference, and the yearly Diving Invitational at Hastings Middle School, on Saturday.
